Discourses and Presentation
Staff Seminar
The Staff Seminar is organized to enhance academic engagement and professional development. Held on the third Tuesday of every month, a faculty member presents a scholarly article addressing contemporary challenges, aiming to enrich the academic community through critical reflection and discussion.
This seminar serves as a cornerstone for professional growth and academic excellence, fostering a culture of research and knowledge-sharing. The scholarly articles presented during these sessions contribute significantly to theological and academic discourse.
To preserve and disseminate this wealth of knowledge, the Arasaradi Journal of Theological Reflection (AJTR) publishes these articles, ensuring their accessibility for future scholarship and engagement. Dr. Evangeline is Faculty incharge for Staff Seminar and Arasaradi Journal of Theological Reflection.

Integration Seminar
Integration seminars are inter-disciplinary seminars conducted fortnightly (1st and 3rd Thursdays) to help our students gain a holistic knowledge in connecting the word of God with the world and its conundrums. The theme for the academic year 2024-25 is “Peace Builders in a Conflicting World.” Therefore, keeping ‘plurality as the reality of our country’ in mind, this year the seminars focused on the primary qualities of peace builders in a conflicting world. Academic papers focusing on peace builders who are theologians, social activists, and individuals /leaders working in church organizations, global institutions and so on and themes related to understanding peace and justice from various perspectives are presented by our faculty members. This year’s theme was introduced by our Principal Rev. Dr. Margret Kalaiselvi, following which subsequent themes were taken up for presentation and discussion. Dr. Christy Femila is the faculty incharge for Integration Seminar.
